Dramatic mountain, desert and clouds sunrise at the San Jacinto Mountains in Palm Springs, California. I was in downtown Palm Springs taking photographs early one morning. As I was on my way home, clouds formed over the San Jacinto mountains just as the sun was rising. I pulled the car over near the airport, and took this photo just as the rising sun lit the clouds and mountain. This beautiful scene lasted less than a minute, then was gone. I was very happy to have been able to witness and capture this amazing scene.

A couple of friends that live in Palm Springs have 16 x 20 gallery wrap prints of this photo displayed in their homes which look amazing. The larger, the better in my opinion.
